Every set is made by hand and the process takes time; cutting the clay into a star shape and smoothing the edges is the first part. After the first firing in the kiln they are glazed one by one with a brush, and after the second firing they get the shiny vitrified surface that makes the pieces last longer. The firing process takes between 9 and 12 hours each time.
